Day 01

DAY 00: DEPARTURE FROM LHR/ ISB

Travel from Lahore and Islamabad to Sharda.

Depart from Lahore at 9:00 PM.
Board at PSO Pump Thokar Niaz Baig near New Daewoo Terminal, Lahore.
Depart from Islamabad at 3:30 AM.
Board at Daewoo Terminal near EME College, NUST, Islamabad.

Day 02

DAY 02: SHARDA - KEL - ARANG KEL

Travel by jeep to Kel, take the cable car and hike approximately 45 minutes to Arang Kel, explore the area, then return to Sharda overnight.

Breakfast call at 7:00 AM.
Explore Arang Kel from Sharda via Kel.Transfer to jeeps and depart for Arang Kel.
Arrive at Kel.
Transfer to the cable car for Arang Kel.
Hike toward Arang Kel for 45 minutes.
Explore Arang Kel and its surrounding scenery.
Return to Sharda for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03

Made Only To The Official Company Bank Account, And Every Customer Must Obtain An
Official Invoice And Payment Receipt After Payment

• All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channels of Nature Explorer Tours (Pvt.) Ltd.
• All payments made to the company are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed, no cash refund or bank
transfer refund will be issued.
• Flight tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, jeep services, permits, and other third-party services are booked in advance and are subject to
the respective supplier's cancellation and amendment policies.
• Any cancellation charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third-party vendors shall be borne by the client.
• The company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to adverse
weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, security concerns, operational issues, or any force majeure event.
• In the event of cancellation by the company due to such circumstances, payments will not be refunded; however, eligible amounts may be
adjusted in accordance with the Adjustment Policy below.
ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Subject to the conditions below, a portion of the paid advance amount may be adjusted against a future tour booking:
• 50% of the advance amount will be adjustable if the cancellation request is received 10 or more days before the departure date.
• 30% of the advance amount will be adjustable if the cancellation request is received 7–9 days before the departure date.
• No adjustment or refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date, including cancellations made 2–3
days before departure, on the departure day, after tour commencement, or in case of a no-show.
• Adjustable amounts may be utilized only for another tour package offered by Nature Explorer Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. within one (1) fiscal year from
the original departure date.
• Adjustment is subject to package availability and the prevailing prices at the time of rebooking.
• Any increase in airfare, hotel rates, transport charges, package cost, taxes, or other applicable charges at the time of rebooking shall be paid by
the client.
• Adjustment is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used by the original booking holder unless otherwise approved
by the company in writing.
• Once the adjustment validity period of one fiscal year expires, the adjustable amount shall automatically lapse and become void.
