Terms of Service

Clear rules and guidelines for your next great adventure in Pakistan.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Tourism Pakistan (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tourism Pakistan regarding your use of our website, mobile applications, and booking services.

Platform Role & Services

Siyaho acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour operators, guides, and hospitality providers (our merchants) within Pakistan.

  • We provide tools to search, compare, and book travel experiences listed by verified merchants.
  • Direct contracts for travel services are between you and the merchant providing the tour.
  • Each listing is sold by the merchant shown on that tour page; cancellation and refund terms are set by that merchant unless stated otherwise on the listing.
  • We strive to verify all partners but do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of third-party listings.

User Responsibilities

To maintain a safe and reliable community, all users agree to:

  • Provide 100% accurate identity and contact information.
  • Ensure all travelers in their party meet the physical requirements for specific adventure tours.
  • Respect local Pakistani customs, traditions, and environmental regulations during tours.
  • Avoid any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform's booking system.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed via payment.
  • Deposit: Some tours may require a partial deposit, while others require full payment upfront.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once a Digital Voucher is issued by Tourism Pakistan.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to cancel bookings that appear to involve high-risk or fraudulent payment methods.

Merchant Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tours and packages on Siyaho are offered by independent merchants (tour operators). The merchant shown on a listing is the seller of that tour. Cancellation and refund eligibility for your booking is governed by that merchant's policy, as displayed on the tour listing and confirmed at checkout.

Siyaho's role is to facilitate bookings and process approved refunds on behalf of merchants — we do not operate the tours ourselves.

  • Merchant policy on listings: Each tour may include merchant-specific terms (for example cancellation windows and partial refunds). Those terms apply to that booking when shown on the listing or in your booking confirmation.
  • Platform baseline (when no stricter merchant terms apply): Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before departure; 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before; no refund if cancelled within 48 hours of departure.
  • Force majeure: For natural disasters, road closures (common in northern areas), or government restrictions, Siyaho will help facilitate full refunds or date changes in coordination with the merchant.
  • Processing time: After a merchant approves a cancellation, approved refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  • How to cancel: Submit a cancellation request through your Siyaho account or contact support. The merchant reviews and approves or declines per their applicable policy.

Limitation of Liability

Tourism Pakistan is not liable for:

  • Operational failures, delays, or injuries caused by third-party tour operators.
  • Loss of personal belongings during the course of a trip.
  • Incidents arising from travel to high-altitude or remote regions without proper fitness or gear.
  • Sudden changes in weather or infrastructure conditions beyond our control.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. This should ideally cover:

  • Medical emergencies and emergency evacuations (especially for trekking).
  • Trip interruptions and cancellations.
  • Accidental death or disability.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, designs, text, and unique "Siyaho" software architecture, is the exclusive property of Tourism Pakistan.

Users may not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Dispute Resolution & Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unsuccessful, the courts of Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
