Trip Itinerary

Day 01

Islamabad to Sharda

Travel from Islamabad to Sharda with waterfalls and valley sightseeing.

Depart from Islamabad toward Muzaffarabad.
Stop for breakfast in Muzaffarabad.
Sightsee Murree, Kohala Bridge and the Neelum River.
Visit Kutton Waterfall and continue to Sharda for the overnight stay.
Arrive in Sharda and settle in for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02

Sharda to Taobat and Halmat

Travel from Sharda to Taobat and stay near Halmat.

Depart Sharda after breakfast for Taobat.
Explore Taobat and its surrounding mountain scenery.
Enjoy Taobat until evening and return to the hotel near Halmat.
Stay overnight and have dinner in Halmat or Taobat.

Day 03

Halmat to Arang Kel and Sharda

Any Tour Guide, Driver, Employee, Representative, Or Staff Member. All Payments Must Be
Made Only To The Official Company Bank Account, And Every Customer Must Obtain An
Official Invoice And Payment Receipt After Payment

• All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channels of Nature Explorer Tours (Pvt.) Ltd.
• All payments made to the company are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed, no cash refund or bank
transfer refund will be issued.
• Flight tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, jeep services, permits, and other third-party services are booked in advance and are subject to
the respective supplier's cancellation and amendment policies.
• Any cancellation charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third-party vendors shall be borne by the client.
• The company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to adverse
weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, security concerns, operational issues, or any force majeure event.
• In the event of cancellation by the company due to such circumstances, payments will not be refunded; however, eligible amounts may be
adjusted in accordance with the Adjustment Policy below.
ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Subject to the conditions below, a portion of the paid advance amount may be adjusted against a future tour booking:
• 50% of the advance amount will be adjustable if the cancellation request is received 10 or more days before the departure date.
• 30% of the advance amount will be adjustable if the cancellation request is received 7–9 days before the departure date.
• No adjustment or refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date, including cancellations made 2–3
days before departure, on the departure day, after tour commencement, or in case of a no-show.
• Adjustable amounts may be utilized only for another tour package offered by Nature Explorer Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. within one (1) fiscal year from
the original departure date.
• Adjustment is subject to package availability and the prevailing prices at the time of rebooking.
• Any increase in airfare, hotel rates, transport charges, package cost, taxes, or other applicable charges at the time of rebooking shall be paid by
the client.
• Adjustment is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used by the original booking holder unless otherwise approved
by the company in writing.
• Once the adjustment validity period of one fiscal year expires, the adjustable amount shall automatically lapse and become void.
