Trip Itinerary

Day 01

Islamabad - Sharda

Travel through Muzaffarabad and Neelum Valley to Sharda with waterfall and river stops.

Depart for Muzaffarabad and stop for breakfast.
Sightsee the Neelum River, Kohala Bridge, and surrounding valleys.
Visit Kutton Waterfall and continue to Sharda.
Arrive at Sharda for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02

Sharda - Taobat - Halmat

Explore Taobat and spend the night near Halmat after a scenic valley drive.

Breakfast at 7:00 AM and depart for Taobat.
Arrive in Taobat and explore the surrounding landscapes.
Return to Halmat or Taobat for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03

Halmat - Arang Kel - Sharda

Explore Halmat and Arang Kel before returning to Sharda for the night.

Breakfast at 7:00 AM and explore Halmat until 9:00 AM.
Return to Kel and take the chairlift.
Hike for 45 minutes from Kel to Arang Kel.
Explore Arang Kel until evening, then return to Sharda for dinner and a bonfire.

Day 04

Sharda - Islamabad - Lahore

Return via Dhani Waterfall to Islamabad and Lahore after breakfast.

Breakfast at 7:00 AM and depart for Islamabad and Lahore.
Stop at Dhani Waterfall for lunch.
Continue to Islamabad by evening and reach Lahore around midnight.

• All payments must be transferred only to the official company bank account provided by Nature Explorer Tours.
• Payments made to any personal bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or digital wallet of any tour guide, driver, sales representative, staff
member, or employee will not be recognized by the company.
• Customers must verify the company account title and bank details before making any payment.
• A booking shall be considered confirmed only after payment verification and issuance of an official Booking Confirmation/Invoice by Nature
Explorer Tours.
• Only bookings accompanied by an official company invoice and payment receipt shall be considered valid. Customers are requested to obtain
and retain their invoice/receipt for future reference.
• Nature Explorer Tours shall not be responsible for any payment made to unauthorized individuals, fake social media pages, unauthorized agents,
or unofficial bank accounts.
• Customers are advised to contact the company's official helpline to verify payment details if they have any doubt before making a payment.
• Any attempt to make payment outside the company's official payment channels shall be entirely at the customer's own risk.
• By making a payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking & Payment Terms and Conditions.

Nature Explorer Tours Never Requests Or Accepts Payments In The Personal Account Of
Any Tour Guide, Driver, Employee, Representative, Or Staff Member. All Payments Must Be
Made Only To The Official Company Bank Account, And Every Customer Must Obtain An
Official Invoice And Payment Receipt After Payment

• All cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channels of Nature Explorer Tours (Pvt.) Ltd.
• All payments made to the company are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed, no cash refund or bank
transfer refund will be issued.
• Flight tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, jeep services, permits, and other third-party services are booked in advance and are subject to
the respective supplier's cancellation and amendment policies.
• Any cancellation charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other third-party vendors shall be borne by the client.
• The company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to adverse
weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, security concerns, operational issues, or any force majeure event.
• In the event of cancellation by the company due to such circumstances, payments will not be refunded; however, eligible amounts may be
adjusted in accordance with the Adjustment Policy below.
ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Subject to the conditions below, a portion of the paid advance amount may be adjusted against a future tour booking:
• 50% of the advance amount will be adjustable if the cancellation request is received 10 or more days before the departure date.
• 30% of the advance amount will be adjustable if the cancellation request is received 7–9 days before the departure date.
• No adjustment or refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date, including cancellations made 2–3
days before departure, on the departure day, after tour commencement, or in case of a no-show.
• Adjustable amounts may be utilized only for another tour package offered by Nature Explorer Tours (Pvt.) Ltd. within one (1) fiscal year from
the original departure date.
• Adjustment is subject to package availability and the prevailing prices at the time of rebooking.
• Any increase in airfare, hotel rates, transport charges, package cost, taxes, or other applicable charges at the time of rebooking shall be paid by
the client.
• Adjustment is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used by the original booking holder unless otherwise approved
by the company in writing.
• Once the adjustment validity period of one fiscal year expires, the adjustable amount shall automatically lapse and become void.
